Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is not confirmed until you provide a valid credit card information (card number, expiration date, CVV code, etc.). The valid credit card information is only used to secure the reservation and no charge is placed on the card. Payment is made at the time of departure and payment options include cash, check, and credit card. It is important you verify that Country Lane Pet Resort has a valid credit card in our secure data base to ensure your reservation is confirmed.

Cancelation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled seven days prior to the scheduled check-in date without being charged.  Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the arrival date will be charged for all nights unable to be filled during sold out periods. Sold out periods include All Holidays in addition to Spring Break and Summer MonthsNo charge will apply if your reservation is cancelled during non-peak times.

Failure to show for your reservation without email notification will result in charges for all nights in which a room was reserved for your pet during the sold out period.

Early Pick-up

Charges may apply if you return and pick-up your pet prior to your scheduled check-out date. Your credit card will be charged for any unused sold-out nights. This applies only during sold out periods.


Any bedding which is destroyed by your pet or a pet in an adjoining room is not the responsibility of Country Lane Pet Resort. Please consider the quality of the bedding when packing for your pet.
