Cancellation Policy

Country Lane Pet Resort’s has a 7-day cancellation policy which is very client friendly. There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made at least 7-days prior to a future visit.

During sold-out times which are all major holidays, Spring Break, and the entire Summer, we always have a waiting list. Our 7-day cancellation provides us sufficient time to contact someone on our waiting list to fill the open space. Having less than 7-days makes it more challenging to fill the open room as people on the waiting list begin to make alternative plans. If a cancellation is made less than 7-days prior to a visit, day charges will apply for ONLY the days we cannot fill. We will go to great lengths to contact individuals on the waiting list in hopes of filling as many days as possible; however, there are no guarantees.

Early / Late Pick-Up Fees

Like most businesses, we have specific office hours of operation each day. All drop-off and pick-up activity occurs during our office hours. Drop-off and pick-up of guests outside of our normal business hours is not an option unless prior arrangements are made with the Owner or Office Manager. There is a $20 fee if approved.
