Meet Country Lane’s New Automated Reservation System!

Welcome to Country Lane Pet Resort’s newly automated online reservation process – Gingr. For those clients familiar with our previous online reservation system, Gingr will provide you a fully automated customer portal which will offer many significant enhancements over our previous system.

To access our Gingr reservation system, use the password sent to you by Gingr in your email. If you did not receive a password, use the Forgot Password feature on the Gingr login screen. You will need to use the email we have on file when you use the Forgot Password feature.

If you need help or are not sure what email we have on file, email staff@countrylanepetresort.com or call Country Lane (513-553-4513) to change your email or find out the email address we have on file.

The Gingr system will send out automated emails of confirmed/wait-listed requests, reminders of expiring immunization records and credit cards as well as reservation reminders for upcoming visits. Note that part of requesting a reservation requires you to provide a credit card, but your card is NOT charged at the time of reservation.

IMPORTANT……When making your reservation, GINGR will ask a question (see below) regarding your dog’s unique behaviors. Some of these behaviors may require extra attention on behalf of our caregiver team. It is very important you be as detailed as possible on describing the behavior(s) and your prior experience with the behavior. This helps us know what steps we must take to provide maximum safety to your pet and our caregiver team.        
 
Behaviors we should know about (Digging, trying to escape, dog/people aggression, separation anxiety, fearful, skittish, fence jumping, fence fighting, etc.) Anything Else?

Please note: There will initially be two electronic signature requirements. Once completed, proceed to the MY RESERVATION tab to begin requesting services. Once you select REQUESTING SERVICES, Gingr will provide you boarding and day care reservation instructions.
