Our Cancellation Policy

We accept reservation changes with 7 days advance notice via telephone only. Your reservation is considered cancelled when you receive a confirmation call from Country Lane.  If you do not notify us during the required grace period, a daily fee per guest will be charged for any night in which we are sold out and unable to fill the unexpected vacancy.

The purpose of our cancellation policy is to allow Country Lane Pet Resort the opportunity to contact guests who are currently on a waiting list.
